The Beauty of a Weekend. ❤️
A Transformational Weekend
Sometimes the medicine we need most arrives in the form of time away with an old, good friend. I just returned from a weekend that felt like a reset for my soul—filled with laughter, ritual, and moments of quiet magic.
We stayed in a little cabin, surrounded by a weeping willow that seemed to hold our stories in its branches. The neighborhood cat kept watch, wandering in and out as if he’d been sent to remind us that spirit always finds a way to visit. Inside, our new Candles filled the air with the most grounding scent, weaving warmth into the space as we burned sage and cleared out what no longer served us.
Between sound baths that vibrated through our bones and a vortex pool that held us like water always does—shifting moods, washing away stagnant energy—I felt myself soften and open. We called in our spirit guides and, piece by piece, let go of old blocks.
And of course, our rituals were wrapped in the beauty of plant medicine and skincare. The Relax and Unwind Body Oil was a true savior, easing tense shoulders and aching muscles. My Calm & Clear Face Cream, still in testing, worked its quiet magic as the Chaga Face Toner blessed our skin and helped shift our moods in gentle, grounding ways.
There’s something about being with someone who has known you for so long—someone you can both cry and howl-laugh with—that makes everything sacred. This weekend was a reminder of how powerful it is to create small rituals of beauty and care, to open the door for transformation, and to allow yourself to be held by both friendship and the earth.
