Heaven was opened July 2006 in Bovina, NY. Set in the western catskills it is surrounded by pure beauty and fresh air. We make everything by hand using local and organic ingredients as much as possible. We believe that treats can be nutritious too! Using a variety of natural sweeteners we are able to make delicious high end products without sacrificing any taste.

After four great years of running our retail shop we now concentrate on wholesale, special orders and special events.

Taylor’s diffident response to the question “What do you want to be when you grow up:” was: “A Bakery!”. Having always been driven by a passion for baking she has now fulfilled her life long dream of being “a bakery”! She attended the Culinary Institute of America for Baking and Pastry and worked at the acclaimed Restaurant Daniel in NYC.
